Candidates of SC/ST and BC categories are eligible. For Schedule Caste(SC) and Schedule Tribe(ST), family income should be less than 2.5 lakhs rupees. For Backward Class(BC), family income should be less than 1.5 lakhs rupees. Candidates who fulfil the above-mentioned criteria are eligible for the E-Kalyan scholarship.
